Mommy & Me classes offer a range of benefits for both mothers and their young children. These forty five minute classes provide a dedicated space for mothers to connect with their children, fostering a strong emotional bond through shared activities and experiences. They also allow mothers the opportunity to meet and socialize with other parents, creating a supportive community!

Mommy & Me, Tots and Preschool are part of our future flyers gymnastics program. This is a forty five minute class offered to ages walking to five years old. Gymnasts will participate in age-appropriate skills. Participating in all four events and more. Learning things such as beginner cartwheels, forward rolls and backward rolls etc. As well as motor skills, taking turns listening, numbers, colors and shapes.

Fearless Flyers
Elite flyers program is for our recreational gymnastics levels 1-3. Joining recreational classes promotes strength and flexibility through learning gymnastic skills. Gymnasts will do that and more! During the hour long class students will experience all four events: floor, vault, bars, beam and more. All while having fun! Classes will also help with balance, coordination and motor skills all while improving their self esteem!

Whether you are a gymnast, dancer, cheerleader, etc... Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced tumbling: We have a spot for you to join our fearless flyers program! Our tumbling classes are a one hour class offered to ages five to fourteen. During class, tumblers will participate in stations, drills, tumbling lines and more!

Private sessions can significantly enhance an athlete's training experience and progression in any sport. At Inspire Athletics we will offer these sessions so your athlete receives personalized attention, customized training plans, increased motivation, flexible scheduling, greater accountability and faster progression!
